A few years ago, after more than a decade in tech and consulting — the long hours, the politics, the constant pressure to perform — I hit a wall. I was burnt out, disillusioned, and newly a mother, which gave me a whole new set of questions: What actually matters to me? What do I want my life to look like?
“It’s been incredibly rewarding to help people sort through the swirls of their thoughts and emotions, turning clarity into life-changing mindset shifts and bold, decisive action.”
That questioning led me back to coaching — something I’d always loved. As I started working with clients, everything clicked: my background in organizational psychology, years as a consultant, time embedded in People teams at tech companies. It all pointed to the same thing — real change happens at the individual level.
